Someone mentioned that my album should be an Instant Grat Album. What does that mean and are there any benefits?
Answer: Instant Gratification (or Instant Grat) is the term given for an album that you upload for distribution selecting a ratio of 1:4 tracks (maximum of 3 tracks) to be available for download in advance. The songs will only be available on iTunes and Amazon Music on select dates that you choose. These dates will be ahead of the album release date. The benefits is that all downloads of each single all count towards release day sales. This can maximise chances of charting on iTunes and more.
To set this up you have to upload the album and contact us via support@melodymover.com.
